- Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be cleared before the order is dispatched from our workshop.
- Custom Orders: For bespoke designs, Mandir, fountain, etc. payment milestones may be adjusted based on the complexity of the project.
Transit Protection (Shipping Insurance)
We understand that marble is precious and delicate. To ensure your investment is protected:
- Full Product Insurance: Every shipment from Sasdas Marble is fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
- Damage Policy: In the rare event of damage during delivery, we will handle the insurance claim and provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
- Requirement: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the packaging and the product.

- Cost Adjustments: Significant changes requested after production has started may incur additional labor or material costs.
