We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and carry out your commission, and we never sell your information.

This policy explains how Sasdas Marble handles personal information when you contact us, request a quotation, or place a commission. We are based in Makrana, Rajasthan, India.

02Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to respond to and fulfil your enquiry:

  • Your name and the contact details you provide (phone, WhatsApp number, email);
  • The content of your enquiry — drawings, reference photographs, dimensions and preferences;
  • Delivery address and details required to ship and install a commission;
  • Correspondence between you and the Studio.

We do not collect payment card details through this website.

03How We Use It

We use your information to:

  • Prepare quotations and answer your questions;
  • Carry out, photograph the progress of, and deliver your commission;
  • Arrange crating, insured shipping, customs and installation;
  • Keep records required for tax and warranty purposes.

04Sharing

We share information only with the partners needed to complete your order — for example shipping and freight companies, insurers and, where relevant, installers — and only to the extent required. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We may disclose information where required by law.

05Cookies & Local Storage

This website uses your browser’s local storage to remember items you save to your wishlist, pieces you have recently viewed, and your cookie choice. That information stays on your own device, is not transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

Strictly necessary. Required for the site to work. Always on. No consent is needed for these under the ePrivacy rules, and they are not used to track you.

Analytics (optional). Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, tells us which pages and pieces are viewed so we can improve them. These cookies are not set and the Google scripts are not even downloaded until you allow them. If you decline, no Google tag loads on this site at all.

Marketing (optional). Would be used to measure advertising and show relevant ads elsewhere. Off unless you allow it.

We operate Google Consent Mode v2 with analytics and advertising consent defaulted to denied. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link here or in the site footer. Withdrawing analytics consent also deletes the Google analytics cookies from your browser.

06Data Retention

We keep enquiry and order records only as long as necessary for the commission, for warranty support, and to meet legal and tax obligations, after which they are securely deleted.

You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.

08Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and limit access to those who need it to serve you. No method of transmission is entirely secure, but we treat your details with care and discretion.
