Most marble mandirs sold in Delhi were carved in Rajasthan and then passed through one or two traders before reaching the showroom floor. We are the workshop. You commission the piece from us in Makrana, we carve it, and it travels to Delhi once.
That matters for two reasons. You can specify the size instead of choosing from what is in stock — which is the difference between a mandir that fits your alcove and one that nearly does. And you can see the actual piece being carved, on video, before it is crated.
We do not have a Delhi showroom. Everything is handled from Makrana over WhatsApp and phone, with photographs at each stage of the work.
Delivery Into the NCR
WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS
- Transit: roughly 400 km by road from Makrana; two to three days once crated, after the 4–6 week carving period
- Packing: purpose-built timber crates, braced internally; pierced jali and projecting carving supported individually
- Insurance: fully insured dispatch to delivery — damage in transit is replaced or repaired at our cost
- Delivery point: ground-floor entrance of the address as standard; lift or stair carry by prior arrangement
- Large pieces: full-height mandirs travel in sections and are assembled in the room
Tell us before you order
NCR housing splits into two problems. In a Gurugram or Noida high-rise, the constraint is the service lift — its internal depth and door width decide the maximum section size. In an older Delhi kothi or a Lutyens-era house, the constraint is usually the staircase turn or a narrow gate for the truck.
Send us the lift internal size or the staircase width along with your room measurements and we will engineer the sections around them. It costs nothing at drawing stage and is expensive to solve on delivery day.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
Do you have a showroom in Delhi?
No. We sell direct from our own workshop in Makrana, Rajasthan, which is why you are paying for carving rather than for showroom overheads in Delhi. You can see every piece in detail over a WhatsApp video call, and we send photographs at each stage of the carving.
How long does delivery to Delhi NCR take?
Makrana is roughly 400 km from Delhi by road, so transit is usually two to three days once a piece is crated. Add that to the four-to-six week carving time. We confirm the dispatch date and share tracking before the truck leaves.
Can a full-height mandir get into a Delhi apartment?
Usually yes, because large mandirs ship in sections and are assembled in the room. Tell us the lift internal dimensions or the staircase turn at the time of order and we will design the sections to fit. For ground-floor kothis we can ship larger assembled pieces.
Will the marble stay white in Delhi's air?
Makrana marble is dense and low in porosity, so it resists staining better than softer white stones. In a city with high dust load, wipe with a soft dry cloth and clean with plain water or a pH-neutral cleaner — never acidic cleaners, which etch marble. Full guidance is on our care page.
Do you handle installation in Delhi?
Standard delivery is to the ground-floor entrance of the address you give us. For full-height mandirs and heavy pieces we coordinate specialist handling and, by prior arrangement, installation. Tell us about access constraints when you order.
